1. Custom Orders and Personalization

All neon signs sold on StarOfLight are made-to-order and customized to your specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and approved the design preview provided (if applicable).

• You understand that minor variations in color or size may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

2. Order Processing and Production Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Production time ranges between 5–10 business days depending on complexity and volume.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Because our products are personalized, all sales are final.
  We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged,

• Or there is a manufacturing defect.

• To request a replacement or refund, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery,

• Provide photo evidence of the issue,

• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across Canada and internationally.

• StarOfLight is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards (processed by [your payment processor]),

• Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian customers).

All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Warranty

Our LED neon signs come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs,

• Normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including designs, logos, photos, and product descriptions) is the property of StarOfLight and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StarOfLight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
