  • You can customize your neon sign directly on our product page by choosing your text, font, size, and color. Once your design is complete, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • Each sign is made to order. Please allow:

    • 1–3 business days for processing,

    • 5–10 business days for production,

    • Plus shipping time based on your location.

    We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Yes! We provide a digital mockup for approval upon request, especially for larger or more complex signs.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We accept:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

    • Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian customers only)

    Instructions for Interac e-Transfers are displayed at checkout.

  • Absolutely! Our LED neon signs are low voltage, energy-efficient, and safe to touch. They produce very little heat and are perfect for homes and businesses.

  • Because our signs are custom-made, all sales are final.
    If your sign arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

  • Yes. All our signs come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

  • Yes! Each sign includes an easy-to-use mounting kit or hanging hardware. No special tools are needed, and installation takes only a few minutes.

  • Yes, in some cases. If you need your sign by a specific date, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
